Ok, I registered. Heh, it's funny you should mention forgetting it. I don't think that will happen as I plan on living in Tokyo some day. Also, I watch a lot of anime and listen to lots of Japanese music. Plus, hopefully anyways, I want to meet some Japanese here in Van. And If that happens, I will talk to them in Jap. So, hopefully I will learn it completely and not forget it like I did spanish. Which I learned in San Diego CA. I did forget most of it thou.

konbanwa Haiduc; about as far as my japanese goes. Okay I know a little more than that.....being japanese doesn't always mean one can speak it. Then again being okinawan doesn't mean one's able to speak that too...
I used to speak fluent spanish and german....forget it now...

Haiduc,
Welcome! Tokyo is a big city with many things to see. I hope you get a chance to work in Tokyo. The level of quality and professionalism is impressive. You can take a look at some of the photos I took in Japan at the following link.

Ohayo gozaimasu! Heh, it's early and I can't sleep. About, 2am. Tell me Reiko-san, as a Japanese girl, would you date a white guy? I mean, a lot of chinese here in vancouver have a thing about not dating other asians. Like my last girlfriend who didn't tell her parents about me because of this. What do you think? Do the Japanese think differently about that then Chinese?
(by the way, is this spelled right, Watashi wa Nehongo ga shoshe hanasamas? I'm learning Japanese by myself right now.)

Hi, Ryan, welcome to the forum I've learnt Japanese before, but almost forgot everything 'cause I did not used it ... I love Japanese anime a lot, now I am watching Yuyu Hakusho ... one of my favorite is Spirited Away by Hayao Miyazaki
